| I would not consider anyone else! I have hired Joe on a number of occasions. I would not consider anyone else to list my home for sale or to work with when buying a new home. I have found Joe to not only be extremely competent but also very hard working. At the end of the day of the best thing about working with "Joe Pro" is that "he does what he says he will do" - you can count on it. |

| Joe can most accurately be described with one word: Professional. Selling a home can be an intimidating proposition especially when it’s your first time. Joe made us feel at ease form the first moment he sat at our kitchen table. He had just enough information to assure us that he was the best person for the job without overstating his ability or being pushy. We took his advice on setting our price, and had an offer within 6 days on the market. When negotiations got tough with the buyer, Joe was there to middle the complications and negotiate on our behalf. He was our advocate and made sure the transaction remained professional. I would recommend him to anyone in the market on either end. |
