With over 20 years of Marketing, Advertising, Design and Sales background, Joe uses his vast knowledge of internet marketing to your advantage.
A Graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Minor in Art History, Joe especially enjoys working with homes of particular architectural significance. He has an affinity for Mid-Century homes and commercial buildings, as well as the furniture and accessories which came from that era.
Joe has started and run several successful businesses, including an urban-centric Real Estate development firm dedicated to creating residential and commercial structures utilizing progressive, sustainable “green” technologies and methods. He utilized his wide-ranging experience as a REALTOR® while working with neighborhood development corporations, non-profit organizations, architects and planners to craft urban projects which are innovative, profitable, economically viable and supported by the citizens of the community in which those developments exist.
His ability to see into the minds of the consumer and direct communications solutions suited to that vision make him exceptionally skilled at presenting compelling ideas, engaging customers, selling products and services, and achieving results.
Joe’s passions for fine art, ethnic food, world music, modern architecture, hand-made watches and Apple computers are outward examples of his inner eclecticism.
