We have been in business since 1999. We have several websites: http://joetufo.com/blog http://www.workingcapitalfast.com and others. The founder and President Joe Tufo owned a large insurance brokerage for 22 years and was Series 7 licensed for 19 years.
Joe had over 200 contractors and numerous developers as clients while he was in the insurance business and then moved into the role of sales manager at two different large commercial mortgage brokerages for several years. Joe was President of one of the funding companies in Los Angeles.
In the past 10 years we have had well over 2,000 funding scenarios brought to our company. We moved from simple merchant cash advance requests to ever larger project funding requests such as Biofuels plants, Biotech startups, Recycling technologies startups, Mining operations and International resorts. During that time our rollodex of financial vendors continued to grow. We are now working directly with some private equity firms and hedge funds as well as some top hedge fund and structured finance brokers.
Most recently, we have begun to focus on Business Lines of Credit for small and moderate sized businesses to raise from $200,000 to $5 million. We are always looking for new vendors. Our stable of vendors includes at seven sources (either packaging companies or super brokers) who have a huge variety of business lines of credit available for those clients who need money when the bank says no.
We now have business lines of credit products $200K to $5M that are specifically designed for real estate investors, startup companies including technology and entertainment startups, contractors, sophisticated investors and even for credit challenged business owners.
