John Ague has lived and raised a family in Lincoln County for more than 25 years. He has been a real estate consultant and a hometown realtor since 1993. His insights into the Lincoln County Real Estate Market are a product of his many years living and working in the area. In years past John has been Vice President and President of the Lincoln County Realtors. In 1995 John received his Associates Degree in Business and became an Associate Broker for Irene Loveless Realty in Libby, Montana. In 1999 John was awarded the professional designation G.R.I. as well as becoming a Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.)
Dejon Raines was raised in Libby, Montana. After graduating from Libby High School, Dejon pursued her degree at Montana Tech of the University of Montana. In 2005 Dejon graduated with honors from Montana Tech with a Bachelor of Science in General Science with minors in Mathematics and Biology. After graduating Dejon chose to join her father John Ague in pursuing a career in real estate. Thus the A-Team was formed. Growing up in Montana has allowed Dejon to pursue many of her hobbies. By being an avid mountain biker, hiker, snowboarder, and photo enthusiast Dejon has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding backcountry. Many of the photos in the "about Libby" photo gallery were taken on Dejon's backcountry adventures.

Libby, Montana
Libby, Montana is tucked away in the 2.2 million acre Kootenai National Forest, located in the Northwest corner of Montana. Neighboring towns, Troy and "the Yaak", share its rugged mountain scenery. The Libby, Troy, and Yaak areas are hosts to 140 lakes, three major rivers, over 1,400 miles of trails, and hundreds of smaller rivers and streams. The three have become known for being a recreational paradise.
Recreation starts in your own backyard with 4 definitive seasons providing year round enjoyment. Just 17 miles upstream from Libby stands the 442foot-tall Libby Dam. The dam holds back the 90 mile Lake Koocanusa.
Flowing out of Lake Koocanusa is the Kootenai River and Kootenai Falls.
The river runs through the towns of Libby and Troy offering Blue Ribbon Fishing and many recreational opportunities.
North of Libby resides Turner Ski Mountain. Standing at 5,952 feet elevation, Turner bares a 2,110-foot vertical rise. The mountain typically receives around 250'' of snowfall a year. With a lift ticket price of $28, with 70% of the runs rated black diamond, 20% rated more difficult, and 10% rated beginner......Turner has been coined as "steep, deep, and cheap".
Above Libby on Shaughnessy Hill is the 18-hole Cabinet View Golf Course. Located in the shadow of the Cabinet Mountains the course is known for its breath taking mountains views and it's challenging newly developed "back nine".
