Allow me to introduce myself, my name is John Converse, I am a fully licensed Real Estate salesperson for Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors.
During most of my life I've been a resident of Evesham Township (Marlton). I've grown up in Marlton attended both Marlton Middle school and graduated from Cherokee High School and went on to attend the University of Florida. I have chosen to come home and enjoy raising my 3 children here. I really love this area and value all of its amenities.
A large share of my business in the past has come from previous clients and residents of Marlton. The Birnbohm Group has personally sold, listed and/or participated in the sale of over 500 homes in Marlton alone. We have also found many suitable rentals for past clients as well.
