I am a happy Kansas Citian, (originally an Okie from Muskogee, Oklahoma). I appreciate living in Kansas City, the heart of the Midwest. Because we love to travel, living here we are close to both coasts, so no flight or drive is too long. We have friendly people, and an affordable cost of living. I've been licensed for 26+ years and I simply love taking care of my wonderful and smart buyer and seller clients. I specialize in actively representing and successfully advocating for my Home Buyers and Sellers in our metropolitan Kansas City area (encompassing surrounding cities in both Kansas and Missouri). My specialty areas are neighborhoods south of The Plaza, South Kansas City, Red Bridge, Ward Parkway Corridor, Westwood, Prairie Village, Leawood, Overland Park, Waldo & Brookside.

Brookside (south of the Plaza roughly from 59t St. to Gregory/71st St.), older character home & great walkability to shops & parks). $150-300,000+ home prices.
Waldo (south of Brookside roughly from Gregory/71st St. to 89th St.) affordable older (& a few newer) homes in an active & fun neighborhood. High walkability scores to restaurants, bars & grills, stores, shops - including antiques, bike shops and other specialty businesses. $50-220,000 home prices.
Red Bridge (South of 103rd St. to Martin City/135th St.) Wonderful neighborhoods mixed in with tons of schools - Center School district, Grandview Schools & private schools for the children, all the way up to colleges & universities like Avila College, Webster University and more. $120-300,000+.
South Kansas City (all of the areas above - south of the Plaza to the Martin City area ending around 135th St.). In this wonderfully expansive area with many different neighborhood personalities and price ranges. There are plenty of options for restaurants, shopping and education.
Also, several close in Johnson County, Kansas cities and communities: Leawood, Mission, Prairie Village, Westwood, Overland Park & surrounding areas.
