Hello, thanks for taking the time to find out a little more about the person who possibly will be helping you buy your next home. Buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you can make. Most people usually need help navigating through all the different channels until they close. Before becoming a Realtor, I was an Accountant for 12 years. I received a degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida, which I feel has one of the best Accounting programs in Florida.  My education and experience has provided me with a great background and a wealth of knowledge that I utilize today to help you make informed choices. I feel choices are important and providing you with options will allow you to make the right decisions based upon your individual needs.

Some options that I can provide is choices in Mortgages and one stop shopping. I am a licensed Mortgage Broker which will give you the option to work with just one person throughout the whole process and allow you to get the best rates from many lending institutions. I can provide you this service through American First Mortgage.

I am one of only a few in my profession that can say they are from this area. I was born in Suwannee County, Florida and I have resided here most of my life. Other than serving in the Army and attending college, this has been my home.  My upbringing has provided me with a fondness for this area and I wish to see Live Oak thrive in a positive way.  For anyone looking for a change in life, this may or may not be the place for you.
