My principal areas of business are Orlando, Ocoee, Oakland, Clermont,Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillip's and Winter Park. I have been known to venture into Lake, Polk and Osceola counties for business. I deal in residential, new construction, resale, golf communities, waterfront and vacant land. My company does handle rentals and I can pass that along to one of my colleagues. Short sales and REO's(Bank Owned) are a big part of the market. I have expertise in this area. The new home market is alive and well here in Central Florida. I have involved myself with these communities and have a good relationship with those sales consultants associated with them.
