Real Estate is not just a job to me - it's a passion. It's a desire to help a buyer find the diamond in the rough in the dozens or hundreds of listings out there. It's helping a seller stand out in the crowd, from how to prepare and stage a home to closing the deal for the highest price possible. It's what I enjoy doing every day.
I've found that I love working with first time buyers and investors. I remember the fear, trepidation and confusion of my first home purchase years ago. Could I afford that much? Is my credit good enough? How do I know the home's not a lemon? I use that experience to help each home buyer get through the process, but I find it's most helpful to those buyers who are doing this for the first time, like I did.
I have spent the last 7 years buying/renting/selling investment properties, so I have a natural inclination to work with investors and help them find the right property at the right price.
