Hi!
My name is John Moran and I am thrilled that you are visiting my page and considering me for your mortgage needs.
I began my real estate career in 2000 immediately after my education at the University of Wisconsin. I moved to New York and started selling and renting homes as a real estate agent in Manhattan. I quickly realized that I had a knack for the financing side of the transactions and decided to move to a mortgage brokerage in Chicago, IL. With over 15 years and 2,000 mortgage loans worth of experience, I know this business well and take pride in my profession.
Over my mortgage career (and life in general) I have learned two very important things. The first is that doing things right the first time will always save you work in the long run. Simply taking the time to properly do the job upfront is much easier. The second is that there is nothing better for marketing yourself than an ecstatic client. Regardless of whether you are working with a borrower, an agent or anyone else, the most effective approach is keeping everyone accurately informed and delivering what you promise.
