What do you deserve from your Realtor?
When you are buying or selling a home you deserve someone who is knowledgeable with many different aspects of this business.
You deserve someone who knows the area.
You deserve someone who knows the market.
You deserve someone who knows a house.
You deserve someone with the confidence to make your sales experience rewarding not scary.
I AM THAT REALTOR!
A lifelong resident of this area I take great pride in knowing the facts of why people buy here. The events, the schools, the little leagues, the things that make a neighborhood, I can provide all the information you need. I am constantly surveying neighborhoods and keeping an eye on "our" community.
In this market you need someone who is on top of the game daily. I keep myself updated with what's available and the most recent sales. I pride myself on being in the loop on properties that might not make it to the market. I recognize value and make sure that I see most of the homes "in person".
My previous experience is as a master carpenter. I built many homes throughout the area. As a representative of a seller I make sure you are not making unnecessary repairs or concessions. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and know value when I see it. You will love my eye for detail and feel confident that you have found a solid home.
My Motto: Buy and Sell with Confidence!!!

My Experience in the Building Trades
After spending 15 years both building and managing residential construction I have come away with a skill set that few Realtors possess. I am still hired by builders and remodelers to consult and help design their projects. Knowing how a home is put together from the footers of the foundation to the ridge of the roof allows my client to access invaluable knowledge. I am serious about structure, detail and functionality. I speak my mind and let my clients know my thoughts, even if it may be curbing their enthusiasm. I don't want any scary surprises down the road. For my sellers there have been numerous times that I have politely and tactfully informed a home inspector that he is mistaken. Also, when there is a home repair that needs to be done I know all the right people for an affordable and dependable resolution.
Many Realtors will wow you with all of their designations. Thank goodness they are keeping the Real Estate schools in business. I am very selective in the classes I take and realize that there is a wealth of knowledge to be had on the world wide web and all you have to do is look. I am extremely tech savvy and implement as many of the internet tools as I can in either finding you a home or selling the one you have. If I am confronted with a difficult situation I study and evaluate my response so as not to be taken off guard, ask the last appraiser who decided to submit a faulty appraisal on one of my listings. Half of this job is keeping up with the all the changes that occur. Many Realtors who have been in the business for so long refuse to accept the changes that go on in this business, I embrace it and move forward with knowledge.
