She didn’t only help us with selling our home in 2.5 weeks (while other houses in our community were on the market for 60-90 days), she actually sold it at the record high price!. She also helped us find our new dream home within few days and the entire transition from putting our home for sale and moving into the new home took only month and a half. Jordana also referred us to the mortgage processor who wrapped up our loan package in 2 weeks. We had some bad experience with the realtors in the past, but this time we could not find a better agent. Her diligence, experience and quick follow ups made our dreams come true. |

| Dear Jordana, I wanted to let you know that I sincerely appreciate all of the help and support you have given me in selling my house. I spoke to a few different real estate agents before meeting you and I knew immediately that you were the one. And I was RIGHT. Your enthusiasm is contagious and I so enjoyed working with you. I was amazed at the traffic that came through to see the house immediately after you listed it. There was an average of 3 per day for weeks. | Jordana Lisa and myself would like to take a minute to thank you for all you have done for us, as well as making our search for our new home so much easier. I have to say when I found out that I would be reassigned in Washington DC, the thought of having to find a home, deal with a new job and get the family here all at the same time was nothing less than a bad dream. Upon arrival we began our search for a new home. Within a week I had ran across Jordana. Upon meeting Jordana, my wife and I found her to be very pleasant. Jordana began that night sending us listings in several areas of Virgina and Washington DC. The biggest thing is she didn’t push anything that was not in our price range and understood what we were looking for in a home. From the time we started to look, to actually closing on our home was barely 45 days, which is very fast. This just didn’t happen on its own, Jordana worked very hard and everyday to find us what we wanted. There were several nights that I would send her an email on a home we wanted to look at and at midnight she would be replying right back, I have to say I was shocked to see this. That was just a small piece of our venture. Jordana on average for almost 3 weeks everyday, including weekends took us to look at homes. Some days we would be out looking until 9 o’clock at night and then back at it the next day when I got off work. The work she did was great, but even more so she became the first friend we had in Washington DC. Jordana helped us find our way around town, as well as making herself available to us for anything we needed. She helped us with much needed contacts, getting our utilities hooked up and many other things. Once we did find our home and began preparing to close, Jordana helped us find a contractor to remodel the house. Which was great. If I had to sum it all up, Jordana would be called a one stop shop providing us with everything we could have ever needed to get started. Jordana was our realtor, but now she has became much more, she is a friend. I would recommend her to anyone moving to the area or looking to sell their home. CPT DAVID WILLIS, United States Army |
