Hello, I am your Metro Atlanta licensed real estate professional.  My team and I have over two decades of experience in the Georgia in the real estate industry.  Our agents are located all over metro Atlanta.

I am a University of Georgia graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  After completing my undergradute studies at UGA, I began work as a manager at Sears in their Atlanta Operations Department.  I continued working in management capacities for companies providing outsourcing services for several Fortune 100 companies - Home Depot, G E Capital, Verizon, Exxon Mobil, etc.

I began my real estate career in 2003 with Perfect Properties Realty.  After several years I ventured on a path to becoming a real estate broker in Georgia.  I upgraded my value by obtaining my Broker's License in November of 2009.  My firm operates a full service brokerage and provide the following services:

Relocation Services - we understand the stresses of relocating and we work to minimize those stresses.  We will work your relocation service, identify moving services, provide child care services, and whatever it takes to make your transfer seamless.

REOs and BPOs - we provide a full service solution for banks and Asset Management companies to include listing foreclosure properties and short sales, performing BPOs, and educating Buyers and Sellers on the unique processes associated with these types of transactions.

Short Sales - if you are 'upside down' on your mortgage (or not sure) and want to sell, please give me a call to discuss.  We are experienced with short sales and have worked with Bank of America, Ocwen, Nationstar, GMAC Mortgage, and others over the last couple of years.

And I am a classically trained musician.  I played the bassoon in college, and I enjoy attending symphony concerts whenever possible.
