Joining a small mortgage brokerage office, Josh immediately became the top producer and due to his level of volume made the decision to open his own firm in 2006. His firm PHM was a leader in the central New Jersey mortgage banking market and over the period of time from 2006 to 2009, Josh developed innovative marketing systems and platforms that consistently placed him and the top of the mortgage originators within New Jersey. The key to Josh's success is the constant pursuit and delivery of creating value for his clients. Both Realtors and clients benefit in ways greater than just providing mortgage solutions.
