Well, to make a long story short, I have been involved in construction and real estate my whole life.  Construction going on 20+ years from new construction, home remodeling, home maintenance, apartments and commercial maintenance and rehab.  I started my own remodeling company back in 2009.  I sold my first home when I was 18 years old without a realtor.  I fixed up the home and sold it for a profit in less than a year.  I did my own marketing, wrote the contract, negotiated with the buyer and handled the closing.  I got my real estate license in 2003 when I was about 22.  I sold almost 2 million in volume my first year while working a full time job. Now I have combined my skills to benefit my customers.
