Taking what she calls a "faith walk" Joyce defined her goal of obtaining a real estate license as she was flying out of New York during 9/11. As she jetted around the world, caring for passengers at attitudes of 35,000 feet her mind was on the booming real estate market below. While fellow flight attendants shopped in Tokyo ; scaled the Eiffel Tower in Paris ; and beamed about citing of the Royal family in London she enrolled in an online real estate course that took 75 hours to complete, and countless hours of research. With lap top in tow, layovers were spent navigating a career that would enable people to enjoy the quintessential "American dream" of homeownership. The steps involved in selling or purchasing a home can be very complicated and daunting process according to Joyce. "Passengers on an airplane or clients in the real estate world all have the same mindset, they want someone to listen to their needs," she said. Approaching real estate with the conviction that buyers and sellers need alliance with a Realtor that understands their individual idiosyncrasies - has led to proficiency in the field. Commitment to show buyers as many houses as necessary to find the "the right fit" is what works for Joyce. "I am not in a hurry to make a deal -but one that satisfies my client," she says. "My work ethic is simple - I give 200% towards my clients' best interests, providing them with professional service from beginning to end," she states. Attention to detail and a personalized approach have helped Joyce to establish a trusting, working relationship with each client - that has proven especially reassuring for niche market buyers that need extra loving care. Knowledge of housing costs in various cities spurred Joyce to conceptualize alluring relocation campaigns.
