Knowing property and being honest to value and resale, not for the sake of just making a commission.  Using market data is very important to a cleint/customer, but true value is established when a Buyer is motivated and the Seller accepts.  Knowing when to push a  client and when to let them make decisions is also very important.  Buying or selling a real property is one of the biggest decisions most of us make.

Over 23 years of experience in buying and selling helps me locate and sell the best property.  Following a builder around for years, I  have learned the difference between structrual and cosmetic homes. A conservative home is normally energy efficient, and less repairs.

Sometimes I make two or three trips thru a structure to make sure I know the defects as well as the good points.  I take pride in being up front, encouraging an inspection, when there is reason for concerns.  Encouraging customers to ask questions has always paid dividends.  I QUALIFIED FOR THE lifetime MILLION DOLLAR SALES CLUB with in my first 5 years in sales!
