Joy has successfully completed the National Notary Association's Certified Signing Agent course and the NNA's Criminal Background Screening. This training has prepared her for: New Home Purchase closings Refinance Mortgages Home Equity Loans or Lines of Credit Home Equity Conversion (Reverse) Mortgages She has completed over 750 mortgage loan signings between April, 2004 and the present. Previously commissioned in NH, Joy relocated to FL just prior to New Year 2010. Joy covers Florida's St.Lucie, Indian River, Martin and Okeechobee counties regularly. She'll travel to other outlying counties by special request. Joy has closed loans for all prominent lenders. In addition to Mortgage loan signings, Joy's Mobile Notary Services include document Authentication, Legalization, Apostille, Medical Affidavits and Adoption.
