First time buyer specialist.  I love first time buyers!  They are so much fun and they are so excited about the whole learning process!

I have specialized in selling foreclosure properties for the last two years.  I've sold everything from homes priced under $10,000 to over 2.4 million.  I have a great deal of respect for any buyer or seller no matter what the price range.

I sell mostly in Oakland County, but I am comfortable going to Macomb, Genesee or Lapeer.

I am a full time agent with a complete, and very efficient home office. Together we can do almost a whole transaction with email.
