I have been a Realtor at RE/MAX Platinum (Formerly The Michigan Group) since July 4, 2000. During that time I have continued my education to get the most up to date training and Realtor Designations in order to benefit my clients. I acheived my EDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation in April 2009, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation in March of 2003. I also acheived my e-PRO Certification through the National Association of Realtors in October 2007, as well as taken many classes in Continuing Education and Fair Housing. I have also been a member of the Livingston Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors since July 2000.

The Michigan Market has also shifted into a Buyers Market making the way I do business change as well. I keep up on the current market conditions and will tell you the truth and what it takes in order to make your move. This year we have seen many foreclosure homes. Many people are struggling in Michigan's tough economic market. I will work with you and negotiate with the banks allowing them to take a short sale payoff, taking less than what you owe on the home.
