I have been licensed since 1983. I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. As a Managing Broker, I develop real estate agents with the goal of creating "Truly Remarkable" real estate experiences.

I am committed to professional excellence and have been recognized for said committment. awarded the Realtor of the Year in 1995 by the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. I have also been recognized by Hillsborough County's Community Resource Board as Realtor of the Year in 1994 for my ongoing committment to fair housing. In 2001 I received the Labarbera & Associates Award of Merit for exemplary service to the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors over an extended period of time. I am a big advocate of professionalism in the industry.
