Joetta Irving Talford is the founder and broker-in-charge of Talford Realty International in Rock Hill, SC. Talford has lived in this community for the past 24 years and has been an entrepreneur since 1994. She brings over 25 years experience in marketing, public relations, journalism, graphic design and sales. Her marketing and publishing firms served Fortune 500 clients as well as local small business owners. Her aim is to utilize her talents and skills to meet the individual needs of her clients. She currently represents both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real-estate transactions. Her office, Talford Realty International, helps clients with their real estate developments, investments, commercialkand residential needs. Talford has served on the boards of Opera Carolina, Carolina Voices, the Charlotte Contemporary Ensemble and on the curriculum committee of the Art Institute of Charlotte.

| Joetta is a wonderful realtor to work with. We started our home buying journey with her a few years ago.
