Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat business, both in and outside what I would originally have called my primary market area (Lexington, MA).  In order to do that, satisfied clients have been my priority.

When represent you as the SELLER by listing your property, I respect your wishes at every level. I have the experience, but you own the home. My job is to present the data to help you make the best desicions for your life plan. My Marketing Plan [everything from staging, through on-line market presence, to client service and support] includes every aspect of the home selling process. I have a team that can hep with preparation for market, staging, and establishing a market pressence. But I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and help you prepare for market!
