Been active in real estate since 2003. Earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep) designation in 2005 and my CRS in 2010. Real estate is my career and I am planning on being around for a long time. On a personal note, I have 1 daughter born in 1996 who attends Mountain Pointe HS. I own three dogs, 2 border collies and 1 golden. I enjoy RVing and especially like to visit Rocky Point Mexico. I also like to snorkel, go 4-wheeling and cook.

Having my ABR gives me special insight into the needs of Buyers. I have guided many first-timers by educating them in the process of buying from loans, contracts, escrow, inspections through closing. Arizona is an escrow state which means that we don't use attorneys. Realtors and Title Companies handle all the paperwork. The best part about my job is when my Buyers find that perfect home, they put an offer in and it is accepted.
In addition, I have earned the CRS designation. To receive the CRS Designation, REALTORS® must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements - including high-volume sales - and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. They must also maintain membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and abide by its Code of Ethics. Only 4% of REALTOR® in the nation have earned the CRS Designation.
I work with clients all over the valley, but specialize in Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and Mesa.
