Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude are all qualities Julie Rogers brings to her practice of real estate. Julie believes that “customer service” means telling people the truth – not just what they might want to hear. It also means following through and following up. With Julie on your side, no stone goes unturned to get you the answers and the results you seek. Before obtaining her real estate license, Julie worked in the banking and title insurance industry as an IT Auditor.  Today, she applies her due diligence as she did in her prior positions in the real estate market.  That’s because her first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how she can best help them. Instead of just waiting for her turn to talk, she actively listens. The insight she gains helps her to more accurately address their wants and needs. Julie gives each client the information they need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. Julie’s belief is that knowledge of today’s market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone. A true “people person,” Julie’s favorite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many interesting people and help them realize their goals. She respects the fact that this isn’t like any other purchase – unless you’re an investor, your home is where you live and raise your family. Her sense of empathy for the emotion that goes into buying or selling a home could be the reason why so many of her former clients are her present friends. As an 12 year resident of the East Valley, Julie loves the suburban feeling and is glad that she can raise her daughter in such a friendly, secure atmosphere. When she’s not busy with real estate, her daughter, or the family’s two Beagles, Julie loves travel – and to take classes. Her thirst for knowledge is a big plus for her clients, as she stays up to date on all things related to the real estate market in the "Valley of the Sun."
