Prior to joining the Prudential Coto de Caza / Rancho Santa Margarita office I was with the top-producing residential real estate team in the U.S. recently recognized as the #1 team by the Wall Street Journal and have had the opportunity to work with the most impressive database of highly affluent real estate clients working with and representing premier residential properties ranging in value up to $50+M, with overall representation of over a half a billion dollars in transactions. I was also a business owner/entrepreneur, and a Major Account Manager for a National Communications company for which I was the recipient of numerous industry awards. As such, I was able to hone my expertise in negotiation, contracts, customer service, and public speaking. These skills have contributed to my keen ability to analyze the needs of my clients'. I have been heavily involved in community service and have been especially involved in the school system in the Saddleback Valley.
Having lived in South Orange County for over 20 years I am dedicated to my clients and the neighborhoods I represent.
