| Seeing as this was our first homebuying experience, I have to say that Junior was absolutely awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable and he always got back to me with answers to my very very many questions. He was very patient with us during the process of finding the actual home and held our hands during the entire process from beginning to end. I definitely would recommend him for assisting in the home buying process! |

He took the time to find out about us and what our needs were and then worked diligently to find us the right home, and then made sure everything went smoothly. | Si está pensando en vender su hogar, Yo les recomiendo contratar a Junior porque por un tiempo intente vender mi casa por dueño pero estando 6 meses en el mercado yo no logre nada, hasta que un amigo me recomendo a este muchacho, lo pense muy bien no queria dar comission pero con mi desesperasion por vender decidi llamar, eso fue lo mas inteligente que hice el me prometio vender mi casa y buscarme otra en unos pocos meses, como prometio Junior pudo vender mi casa y cerrar en mi nuevo hogar en dos meses sin ningun problema!! Para mi familia y amigos simpre lo voy a recomendar porque mejor que el no hay! Gracias |

| I highly recommend Junior Godinez as a Realtor®. Junior was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me sell my condo in an economy where clients were looking for single family homes. Junior never let me down through the entire short sale process. I needed to sell my condo and he sold it. Junior did the unthinkable. There were a lot of people who doubted that the condo could be sold, but he kept reassuring me that he was going to sell it and he did. I wasn’t the easiest client to work with, I would call Junior 2-3 times a day, email and text and he would answer every single time. He was always patient with me and kept me calm. Junior has a great attitude and really cares for his clients. I don’t believe I would have sold my condo with any other agent. I have recommended Junior to everyone I know. |
