When Justin was 19 he met an Real Estate investor that has forever changed his life.  The investor was looking for "bird dogs" to locate good deals on properties and send him the contact info of the motivated seller. Justin found he was a perfect fit... finding deals and networking people together was a perfect fit.  Turns out it took Justin less than a week to make a quick and easy $4000 bucks (disclaimer- he got lucky on his first one).  At age 19 this was a months worth of work and Justin was hooked forever.  For the past 12 years Justin continues in Real Estate on a much more professional level.  He has owned a real estate brokerage, property management company, investment holding company and currently owns single and multi family properties in Washingon, Nevada, Idaho and Utah.
