Jacque (pronounced Jackie) Vaughan’s dream has always been to buy, renovate and sell houses. Living in three states prior to Virginia, she decided to relocate to the River City. Here she took advantage of the affordable housing, and robust job market. Buying and renovating various investment properties herself, her love for Richmond real estate quickly grew.
Everyday in her business, Jacque leverages her experience as an award-winning hospitality sales manager to cater to clients with outstanding customer service, skilled negotiations and
personal touches. She creates positive experiences by epitomizing integrity, hard work, and creativity in every step of each real estate transaction. She understands that each home sale or purchase is about the client, not the agent.
Jacque is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing. Her persistence, spot on home value analysis, technology influenced marketing plans and vision for home staging brings peace of mind to those who have struggled to sell their home in the past.
She maintains committed to education by regularly attending trainings, National Conferences and Ignite to stay abreast of real estate trends.
In her free time, Jacque enjoys gardening, pottery and volunteering for organization like Dress for Success and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She not only gives her time, but donates to local Richmond charities at the close of each real estate transaction.
Jacque lives near Forest Hill Park with her dog, Chrome.
