After 30 years in the construction industry I decided to move to the Mimbres Valley and slow the pace of life down a bit. After a short period of time I found that the slower pace was nice, but I wanted a bit more to do. I saw a need in the area for a home inspector and with my construction background decided to start Mimbres Home Inspection.

I am a member of the the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) as well as the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)  and strictly adhere to both their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

My clients receive their detailed narrative report with color photos, within 24 hour of the inspection (usually less than 12 hours), delivered via email in PDF format.
