Years of experience as an award-winning Crative Director in advertising specializing in fashion and lifestyles has given me the ability to assess properties quickly and efficiently. The real estate agents I work with know that I am especially adept at dealing with clients adverse to change, let alone spending money. I believe very, very strongly in keeping any issues that occur with the sellers during the staging process off of my real estate agents. My job is to help agents sell a property quickly and for the best price, not to add to their work. I have worked for private clients as an Interior Decorator, Color Consultant and Renovation Specialist. I've designed commercial offices, airport interiors and signage systems. As a Certified New York State Building Inspector I am well versed in the many aspects of Building Codes and Home Safety. Totally hands on, I am present for every aspect of a job, supervising painters, demo crews, packing, hanging artwork or placing flowers in a vase.
