Karen joined FAIRFIELD REAL ESTATE in 2007 and brings great professionalism, enthusiasm and desire to serve clients’ needs. Karen strives to continue enhancing her education. Karen has received the accredited bronze award from the Iowa Association of Realtors each year with and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors, Southeast Iowa Board of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service. Karen has served on various local Boards. Karen is a mom of three children and enjoys being involved in their many activities as well as traveling and a wide variety of other interests.
I practice Real Estate in the Residential and Commercial markets primarily, but have and am willing to expand into other markets when the opportunity is there. I've also worked with REOs and Short Sales, although fortunately, we have not seen an increase in our area in recent history. I ocassionaly work with investors in single family homes and multi-unit dwellings.
