I am fortunate to Live and Work on one of the most beautiful places on earth. My experince as a Realtor has been working with clients to sell and market their properties, selling commercial office buildings in Seattle, WA, and horse properties in Kitsap County. Today, I offer you my skills, experience and knowledge as your Island Sotheby's International Realtor.
Customer Service: As real estate agents, we all offer the same product, buying and selling real estate. Sounds simple enough, doesn’t it? But, the difference in the success of your transaction is in my thorough knowledge of the Maui market, negotiation skills and understanding of the contracts...before you sign and after. Customer service is solving issues before they are problems!
Sales vs. Service: As an agent, can I “make” you buy a home? Or sell one? No! But, once you decide what your goal is, I can help buyers & sellers alike come together. By listening and understanding your needs and helping you understand the needs of the other parties, (bankers, appraisers, building inspectors, etc.) I can find that common ground where successful transactions are made.
I am a second-generation Realtor from Bainbridge Island, Washington. Our family of five owned a second home condominium in Kihei for many years so I am familiar with both the pleasures and the nitty-gritty of second homes. Later, I served as President of The Home Owners Association at the 440-unit Kamaole Sands Condominiums which gave me a hands-on experience of business, investment and property management. My experience as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) brings my established track record delivering best-in-class services.
Living on Maui, can be a dream come true but, as the saying goes, the devil is in the details.
