There are two objectives I have when working with a client in a real estate transaction that are very important to me. First, I want to be available to my clients whenever they may need me. Purchasing a home is a huge step and I want to make it as stress free as possible. Secondly, I want to build a trusting relationship with my client. I want them to know that I am someone they can depend on to have their best interest in mind.
I take a lot of pride in working with both buyers and sellers. When working with a buyer it is my goal to find them their perfect home. I want them end up with the home that they love! When I am working with a seller my objective is to obtain a quick sale for them. I think that the details of home is what sets it apart and ultimately sells it. That is why paying close attention to detail is important to me. Also, I have a strong marketing plan that helps to give my buyers a large amount of exposure. Exposure is extremely important in a highly competitive market.
I have been a full time realtor for over 8 years now. Time flies when you love what you do! I have had experience in many types of real estate transactions over the past years. Why I Love Real Estate:
I personally love to see the growth in a person when they purchase a home. There is a huge sense of pride that takes place within a person when they can finally purchase a place of their own. It really is the American Dream to own a home, and it is one of the biggest reasons we work so hard every day. People feel very empowered to be able to spend their hard earned money on a place where we can feel safe and protected. It is so rewarding to be a part of this change in a person's life. I love my job!
