I have been a Realtor for less than a year. There is a steep learning curve at the front of things. At the moment I volunteer with youth soccer and cub scouts. It is difficult to complain about change that needs to happen in an area or group if you are busy in that group. The people who complain the loudest are the ones on the sideline shouting.
