Having served as a real estate agent for 13 years, I now work for Century 21 Real Estate as a business consultant to its broker/owners in New England.
My primary responsibilty is helping brokers (and agents) to set goals and work with them to reach or surpass those goals. In a very competitive market such as we now have, this is a challenging and rewarding endeavor.
About Central Massachusetts: The central area of the state serves as the crossroads of New England, with its intersection of primary highways from New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire. You will find housing prices to be more affordable here, and with a little more land, than Boston and metropolitan Massachusetts.
The towns of Worcester County are wonderful for families, seniors, and both new and estatblished professionals. Most towns have strong public school systems and infrastructure. For business and travel, you can drive to Boston, Northampton, Hartford, or the Berkshires within an hour. Whether you are commuting to work or simply out to enjoy the varied cultural and geographic pleasures of our state, you will find that Central Massachusetts is a convenient starting point.
