The public schools serving the area are Whitney and Rosedale Public Schools, both with excellent reputations. The Catholic school is Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Jarvis Collegiate is the secondary school. Branksome Hall, a private school for girls, sits in the heart of Rosedale, while other private schools, including Upper Canada College, Bishop Strachan School, Crescent School, and The York School are all nearby.
Downtown Toronto is quickly reached via the Rosedale Valley Road and the Bayview Extension, and a reliable and pleasant bus meanders through tree-lined streets to the Rosedale subway station.
