I am a native Floridian from this very area where I work, crazy I know. I have left the area a few times, I went to college in Missouri (what was I thinking it was freezing), lived and worked in Ohio then Georgia then spent a few years in Puerto Rico and now I am back home again for good! I love central Florida!
I do specialize in first time home buyers just because I love them so much! In this market I have done some major expansions and almost 1/2 of my clients this year have been people buying second homes from out of state. And why not, everyone loves Florida!
I love to learn new things. I thrive on it. So I am always taking classes on something to increase my knowledge and skill base and.... to keep from getting bored.
