Kathy realized her dream of becoming a realtor in 2008 after she moved from Northern Indiana to Kentucky. In true Kathy fashion, the downturn of the real estate market didn’t phase her. She put her heart and soul into learning the market, the real estate business, and marketing her listings to find buyers. Kathy soon became the top agent in her market and was invited to speak at a national convention covering the topic of social media marketing. Kathy’s clients know that she will always give them the information they need to make decisions and doesn’t hold back. She is definitely someone you want in your corner!

Kathy has extensive experience with selling homes in small towns, large towns, small farms and bank owned (foreclosure) homes. She was a listing agent for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and was the go-to person for agents, lenders and appraisers when they had questions on bank owned homes. She is experienced in both large and small markets. Her large market experience will ensure that your home stands out from the competition.

Kathy enjoys being outdoors, especially riding horses and motorcycles. She grew up camping with her family and still enjoys it today. She has 2 cats, Lucy & Ethel and 1 Black Lab named Shadow.
