Get to Know Kathy Judy

I graduated high school in l966!  That's right I'm an old baby boomer.  I have lived in Eastern Oregon for most of my life with an interesting time out when I went to college in East Texas and met and married Carl Judy from Ohio!  We lived there for awhile- it's beautiful there but I had a real problem:  the sun set over a tree, not a mountain like it is supposed to.  We moved back and started Western Carpet Service (that's when I SHOULD have gotten my real estate license) which we operated for 10 years sold and bought Dean's Disposal a rural garbage business - sold that in l992.  In l995 I became a realtor and joined a C-21 agency in l998 I got a chance to buy into Remax Tri-Cites!   In March of 2011 we became Tri-Cities Real Estate.

While I have always been happy to list and sell high end properties and do my share that is not the bulk of my business.  When I started I decided to specialize in mid to lower end properties because there are more properties and more people.  No matter what cycle the economy is in I will always have business!  Also when I began in my area I was the only agent who could communicate in Spanish!  That is another consistent part of my business.   This ties back to my motto - I have earned my clients trust over the years and have a long relationship with some large family groups.   Getting the client to the right lender for them is another area that's important.  That is half the battle in selling homes. I am very picky - I want proven results and for most of our clients, I want face to face meetings.  I guess to sum it up I am a down to earth agent who works hard and gets the job done.
