In March of 2008, I opened Real Estate of Winter Park, LLC with 7 other top local agents. Our unique broker/owner approach puts our clients needs first by eliminating the inter-office competition that is often present in traditional real estate companies. As my client's work one-on-one with me, they know that our entire team is standing by to support them every step of the way.
My previous 9 years experience with Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties awarded me the International President's Circle Award for 6 consecutive years which put me in the top 7% of all Coldwell Banker agants around the world.
I am a Graduate of the Real-estate Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and chairperson for CARHOF (Colorado Assoication of Realtors Housing Opportunity Foundation).
I am a Town of Winter Park Planning & Zoning Commissioner, a member of the Winter Park Town Council, past president (2006-2007) of the Grand County Board of Realtors and a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.
I am in business to help people with their real estate needs. I represent both buyers and sellers in a resort community, whether it be a first-time local homebuyer or a vacation home for a second homeowner. My areas of experties include condominiums, single-family homes and vacant land.
I have lived in the Winter Park and Fraser Valley for the past 18 years. My long-term knowledge of Grand County and specifically the Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby and Granby Ranch areas give me an uncanny ability to help find or sell properties.
