| California Baptist Foundation was given the name of Richard Kato when we were looking for a realtor to sell a home we had in an estate in Anaheim. Since we were in Fresno, we needed someone we could work with long-distance and trust that things would run smoothly. Mr. Kato was referred to us by another acquaintance in that area. I have met with Mr. Kato on several occasions which I was in Southern California. He is an outgoing and knowledgeable individual. The first time we met at the home, he went over all our options in selling the home, as well as what would need to be done to prepare the home to be sold. We were impressed with his thoroughness and expertise. He immediately had an open house and received several offers on the home. He reviewed all of the offers and sent them by email for us to review. We accepted an offer in a very short time for the price we were asking. Mr. Kato then worked with the title company, the buyer's broker, and the lender to make sure all paperwork was timely completed. He oversaw the work that had to be done. We have since moved our main office to Ontario, California and have continued to stay in contact with Mr. Kato. If we need to sell another home in that area, we would definitely use Mr. Kato and would also share his name with others who were looking for a realtor. What started as a professional relationship has evolved into a friendship as well. |

| Richard and I met while in High School when we both attended the same church. Our friendship developed, as life developed for both of us we found ourselves with the same career paths in real estate. Richard has always pursued deeper knowledge, fuller understanding of aspects related to his career in order to equip himself with knowledge and information to better serve his clients. This is evidenced by many disciplines he has accomplished. Shortly after obtaining his real estate sales license Richard took the steps necessary to become a Real Estate Broker, then with a focus on Investment real estate he secured the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and furthered his knowledge and added the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Richard has represented our family in 3 real estate transactions spanning multiple generations.
