| This was my second time working with Katy, and the experience was as enjoyable as the first time. This time around I sold a house she assisted me in purchasing 8 years ago. Katy went the extra mile for me as I was planning my wedding and move at the same time but it all worked out. I am very thankful she was my RE agent during this time. |

| Ms. Katy was our real estate agent in Georgia. Her patience served us well, we sold our old house and moved into a new house with "no stress." She was a great negotiator and got us a house we needed as per our specifications. Her contacts were so great that we only had to go for closing and she recommended the best lenders, insurance agents etc at a very competitive rate. I wish we have more real estate agents like her. We were lucky and hope others will be too! |

| Apr 05, 2015 Katy was extremely helpful in finding us a home. Being from out of state and only having 10 days to locate a house was an overwhelming request that Katy took on with enthusiasm and dedication. Katy listened to our picky needs and worked long hours to find us a perfect match. Katy was professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Katy. | We were first time buyers and Katy since the day one she went above and beyond our expectation providing us with an excellent home purchase experience. She made us feel comfortable and explained every step of the process in detail, so we could understand it. Katy makes herself available by phone and e-mail and provides an extremely quick response within no time. Few times she was available 7 in the morning to show us houses. I must really mention that Katy is a very dedicated and enthusiastic Real Estate professional with an impressive friendly nature. She makes u feel like family and 100% understands what exactly you looking for in your house and never rushes u to buy anything unless and until you are completely satisfied.She was even in contact with me during my finance paper work and even she helped me find a economical handy man for a little touch up needed to be done at my house.
