Since 1986, I've been marketing and selling homes in Southern Maryland with all but six months of that time devoted solely to real estate.  I was born and raised in Prince Frederick and still reside in the area with my husband and our varied pet family.  My son lives in Tennessee with his wife and two children. I have established a solid network of contacts and business associates and have been recognized as a top producing sales associate throughout my career.  The Southern Maryland Association of Realtors has awarded me their life-time award for agents who exhibit a consistent level of success. I have been certified a GRI, e-PRO, PME, HVE and am a member of the Luxury Homes Marketing Institute. I personally embrace the use of technology in my daily business routine.  My management system is web-based to allow instant access at any time from my laptop or PDA.I have a full-time transaction coordinator.  We use a real estate management system to record progress and inform each other about activities.  You may also access this data base to keep informed about your progress.  Kevin is in the office weekdays from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
