Hello, and welcome! Here's how I work. First, I tell you the truth. Sometimes that is not good for you, sometimes it may not be good for me. But, it seems to me the best way to handle things in the long run, however rough it may be for either of us to hear it in the moment.
That said, I know what I'm doing. I've been an owner of a real estate company in two states, including Florida. I have been a Principal Broker and Owner of A Mortgage Broker Business in Florida, so I get that, also.
In the end, I have always come back to real estate, in particular, buying, selling and renting personal residences. It is what I love to do, and frankly, we do a good job of it. I enjoy working through the mortgage hurdles and emotions of buying the first home, as much as working with the investor seeking to buy property with their self directed IRA. I love it here, and I love this business of real estate, even in these particularly complex times.

There are times the financing of a first time buyer can be as complex as the more sophisticated purchase of a home through a self directed IRA. I enjoy working through all of these issues.
The self directed IRA real estate purchase is a great way to provide income in the long run and avoid any taxation on the capital gains. Keep in mind, the income from the rents are also tax deferred. This provides for very nice retirement income versus other methods of retirement saving, in which a significant part of it may be taxed away.
As a Broker Associate and former real estate franchise owner, my knowledge and education in the Real Estate industry spans over 25 years working with customers, investors and commercial properties.
