I teach Homebuyer Education Seminars sponsored by the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission (WSHFC). These classes are free of charge, open to the public, and are presented in an unbiased format. These five hour classes are informative overviews of the home buying process. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing a house should attend one of these seminars especially if it will be their first purchase. I am also certified as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I specialize in assisting homeowners with distressed properties.
