Mary and Kent are both full-time Realtors. We have been connecting sellers and buyers for the past 12 years.  As Certified Relocation Specialists, our goal is to exceed our clients expectations. For buyers we offer Representation for Every Step of the Way.  We will help you find a lender who will provide you with the best rates and terms. Each lender has just so many types of loans available. Some lenders offer one type of loan that another doesn't. For 12 years we have specialized in helping buyers find a lender that best suits their needs. We are very knowledgeable in lending practices, requirements for loans, terms, and we keep current on rates and trends. We also keep current as to which lender offers which loan product and have the ability to explain this to you in everyday language.

Once loan approval is received, we will help you find the home that works for your family needs and budget. You can look for properties yourself by searching the Lafayette MLS with a link on the www.maryholtz.com website. Or, you can send your criteria to us and we send property information to your email address that matches your criteria. Then, the fun part really begins! We are able to start looking at the houses that you decide you want to view.

Once your find the house you want, the next step is the offering process. We will thoroughly review the purchase agreement contract with you and discuss all aspects of it. This is followed by:

*Appraisal

* Homeowners Insurance

*Title Company

*Utilities 

*Final walk through

*Closing day and the HUD Settlement Statement

Kent and I specialize in Internet marketing without forgetting those who are not connected by continuing with marketing in a few strategic hard copy publications. We will use are expertise and experience to help you ready your house for the market. Our goal is to maximize the value of your home. We have been very successful at selling our listings. We attribute this to Two things: First the experience we gained from working with so many buyer early in our career. Secondly, truly listening to buyers and their concerns and desires. Kent and Mary have lived in Lafayette since 1990.  We relocated to Lafayette from Illinois. Although it was not a cross country move, trying to find a home and get settled required a lot of time and effort. What we learned from that experience is how to make things easier for our buyers and sellers moves across country or across town.
