I'm here to help with your home buying, building, & selling needs in & around the Indianapolis area! Background: Licensed since: 2005I am originally from Northwest Indiana, and moved to the Indianapolis area in 2001 after graduating from Ball State University with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. After teaching first grade in Lawrence Township for three years and purchasing my own home during that time, I decided to pursue my love for Real Estate. Real Estate has been a fulfilling career for me, as it provides endless opportunities to interact with and help people on a daily basis. The many transferrable skills that I acquired during my teaching career have allowed me to excel in a “softer” Real Estate market. With most buyers beginning their home search on the Internet, my proficiency in technology has benefited both buyers and sellers tremendously. This marketing advantage provides sellers with aggressive marketing through increased exposure, and also benefits buyers by allowing them to see a property within their search parameters as soon as it becomes available. My work ethic, meticulous nature, and honesty, in addition to my negotiating, counseling, and communication skills help to ensure that my clients' biggest investments are regarded as a number one priority at all times. I run my business with honesty and integrity, and I take the Realtor Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct very seriously. My personal goal is to develop many meaningful relationships through business, which will produce "life long clients".
