Kathy has been a Port Washington resident for 35 years. She brings over 40 years real estate experience to Laffey Fine Homes, and serves as the Managing Director of the awarding winning Port Washington/Manhasset/Sands Point area office. Kathy believes that the role of a Real Estate Managing Director is to guide her agents through the career building process, taking the time and providing the input to help them identify and achieve their personal goals. Kathy is committed to excellence in service and the values and visions of the company. She has a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards. She establishes trust and mutual respect among all participants on her team. Her approach is honest and straight-forward.

Aside from her top management skills and excellent reputation as a sales leader, she is a trainer at the Laffey Academy.  "I love teaching...feeding new, open minds and coaching people to reach their full potential is most rewarding".  She continues to serve her customers and clients and delivers the same top notch service and expertise she has always been known for.  She is a member of the Long Island Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, The Luxury Homes Marketing Institute and an active member of several community groups including the Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District and lends time to various charities, including Cancer Care.

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys sailing, playing tennis, fine dining and just kicking back with her family.
