Karen states “there are more than 10 ways of selling a home that most agents will never tell you about as they either 1. Don’t have the knowledge 2. Don’t have the confidence to carry them out for their clients, or 3. Don’t feel they get paid enough on the strategies… and so the client suffers, losing money and time as their house sits on the market, getting shop worn.”
Karen is passionate about her work and is very active in the business and real estate communities. She has mentored & coached some of Maryland’s top real estate agents as well as others from around the country, teaching them her techniques on how to sell their clients homes quickly, negotiate strongly, build efficient businesses that serve the client, and give VIP service.
Before moving to Maryland, Karen was the #1 Listing Agent in the North Atlanta Area, 5 years running. She was the recipient of the Who's Who Award for Women in Business in 2010, She is the founder of the Global Network of Successful Women in Business, was recognized as the #1 Leader of a Real Estate Team in a Tri-State area of Pennsylvania, Delaware & New Jersey in 2011 out of over 150 candidates, was the Southeast Regional Real Estate Trainer for Keller Williams Realty, Rookie of the Year her first year in business, a current volunteer for USPROPERTYSOLUTIONS.org and is the CEO of the Hope of Humanity Foundation.
